Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?

At the moment we accept E-transfers only.

How it works:

  1. Place your order
  2. Send an E-transfer for the total amount owing to somahealth3@gmail.com. *You can alternatively pay with credit card on our sister site. See #6
  3. Please put the name of the receiver as ‘Soma’
    Please use happy as the answer. If your bank needs more characters use happy and your order number, eg: happy743
  4. Send us a separate email that includes:
    1. Your order number
    2. A clear image of valid government issued picture ID (only 1 piece required). We only need to verify you are 19 or older. After this we delete your ID.
  5. Once your e-transfer is accepted, we’ll send you an order confirmation email including your express mail tracking number. Please note tracking numbers can take 24hrs to be activated by Canada Post.
  6. For credit card payments: note your order total and submit your order. Go to www.somahealth.com and click on products. Click on ‘tea’ and input the same amount as your total (eg. your total is $114 then add 114 for the quantity). Complete the payment. Please ensure the address and name are the same. If your billing address is different we will send to the address on the Granville Island Cannabis order.

How do I receive my product?

We send your product by mail. It’s sent in smell proof, discreet packaging. Browse our website, choose what you like and then follow the instructions above.

Where do you ship to?

We ship Canada wide.

Are there any age restrictions?

You must be 19 or older to purchase from our website.
